Practice Perspectives: Being There When It Mattered Most

When Dr. Kelly Carrier of Dexter Family Eye Center lost her employee to COVID, she had to process her grief, while continuing to support her practice and patients. With the lockdown in full swing, Dr. Carrier needed to quickly adapt and find a way to connect and care for patients remotely.
